Once I got all the dimensions laid out, then checked and re-checked, I screwed and glued the lower rails to the floor and then spun a laser to get the vertical pieces cut to the right height, then finally the top rails and cross beams.
A mark on the floor starts the whole process |
I used pieces of tape to mark the outer edges of the strong backs |
Lower rails glued and screwed |
The length of these rails is making the size of this is project more evident |
About to get started on the second set of rails |
Both rails installed - Vertical pieces cut to length |
Vertical pieces installed at assigned location |
Ready for top rails |
Using a laser to align the entire length of the top rail |
Completed assembly |

I have the laser running in this picture, but you can't see it until I turn the last light off (next picture) |
A bit hard to make out, but you can just make out the laser hitting the top edges of the rails. |
